FRONT-END WEB DEVELOPER
Established in 1999, Receptional is a successful, but friendly digital marketing agency.
We work with an array of established clients (big brands such as Ladbrokes, the Ramblers, SwimShop, and the British Horse Society). We deliver exceptional results and regularly win awards for our work. As a result, our revenues have doubled over the past year.
We are looking for a front-end web developer to help us build on this success.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a developer with at least 1 years’ experience to expand their technical skills and gain a thorough understanding of online marketing.
This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills – via email, telephone and in meetings.
The successful candidate will be organised with a can-do attitude, great attention to details and self-starter.
You will be involved on a variety of projects, designing and developing websites and web pages.
Working alongside a team of experienced marketing consultants, you’ll learn about the latest techniques in digital marketing.

SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Receptional is a successful digital marketing agency. Over the past year we have doubled our revenues bringing on fantastic new clients such as Ladbrokes, the Chartered Management Institute, and the Ramblers to name but a few.
To help in our expansion, we want to recruit a driven, hard-working Sales & Marketing Executive who will help to grow our client base further.
The role will be a mixture of telesales (50%), whereby the successful candidate will be expected to talk to prospective clients about the range of services that we offer; and marketing (50%), whereby the successful candidate will be expected to assist with the Receptional website, email marketing, and putting together client proposals. The general day-to-day role will involve:
Calling prospective clients and talking with them about our services, and how we might help them.
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects, with the ultimate goal of setting meetings that will be either be attended by another member of the Business Development team, or themselves, depending on the business requirements.
Project managing email campaigns to a targeted list, as well as ensuring that Receptional’s website is optimised for incoming enquiries.
Collaborating on client proposals, and undertaking general sales & marketing duties.

At Receptional you will be based in a modern open-plan office – with lots of space and plenty of natural light – in Flitwick (Bedfordshire), right next to the train station.
Marketing is at the heart of the company. We work on interesting, challenging projects in a broad range of industries. We are keen that you’re able to develop your skills and experience, so we hold regular training sessions (with lunch provided).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You will work 37.5 hours per week, starting at 9am. Dress code is casual.
The salary structure for this role will be a basic package of £18-£20k (dependent on experience), plus a healthy commission.
