To help with our expansion, we are recruiting for a new position:


Receptional is a successful digital marketing agency. Over the past year we have doubled our revenues bringing on fantastic new clients such as Ladbrokes, the Chartered Management Institute, and the Ramblers to name but a few.

To help in our expansion, we want to recruit a driven, hard-working Business Development Executive who will help to grow our client base further.

The role will be in telesales, whereby the successful candidate will be expected to talk to prospective clients about the range of services that we offer. The general day-to-day role will involve:

  • Calling prospective clients and talking with them about our services, and how we might help them.

  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects, with the ultimate goal of setting meetings that will

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking and a results driven individual. You’re likely to have:

  • Proven experience in a telesales role, although this won’t necessarily be selling digital services

  • Fantastic telephone manner, with the ability to engage prospects with your conversation

  • A very results driven mind-set – it’s imperative that you are target focused

  • Strong organisational skills, to ensure that the pipeline is well maintained and managed

  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoho or other similar CRM system

  • A professional and direct approach to phone conversations


To be successful in this role you’ll need to show that you can:

  • React quickly and effectively when dealing with difficult situations

  • Consistently hit targets, which are likely to include number of calls and number of meetings set

  • Be self-motivated

  • Develop an understanding of the digital industry quickly


At Receptional you will be based in a modern open-plan office – with lots of space and plenty of natural light – in Flitwick (Bedfordshire), right next to the train station.

Marketing is at the heart of the company. We work on interesting, challenging projects in a broad range of industries.

We are keen that you’re able to develop your skills and experience, so we hold regular training sessions (with lunch provided). We like all of our consultants to become Google Analytics qualified.


You will work 37.5 hours per week, starting at 9am. Dress code is casual.

The salary structure for this role will be a basic package (dependant on experience), plus a healthy commission.
