What is Call Tracking?

How Does the Tracking System Work?
The telephone tracking system is extremely simple and very user friendly and can be set up in a matter of hours. Firstly, we assign a unique 0844 number to each of your marketing campaigns which will re direct to a number of your choice and then add an additional snippet of tracking code to your website.
If you are using Google Analytics we are able to configure your Analytics account to pass information to the telephone system so you can see how many phone calls have been generated via the Goal reports.
Once these tasks have been completed the phone calls will fully integrate with your existing Google Analytics account and activity can be seen in your goal reports
Recording Call Quality
To get the most out of the system and to fully measure the ROI of all your marketing campaigns it is essential to log information about the call quality, which is a simple 2 step process.
Call Tracking: Step 1
