British charities are to benefit from the British search ads market, as a new keyword advertising service launches.
British search engine everyclick.com, which gives away 50 per cent of its advertising revenues to charity, said that the new service will significantly increase the amount of cash it generates for good causes in Britain.
Charities will also be able to take advantage of the service, with the sector being able to pre-book keywords through a set of special offers for early birds.
"We are really excited about this next phase in the development of everyclick. Online advertising is the fastest growing ad spend medium in the UK and through everyclick, charities can now access a bigger share of that pot," said Polly Gowers, managing director of everyclick.com.
"In our first year we have had a tremendous response. The launch of our new keyword service means we can raise even more money for charities."
The website claims to be one of the largest charity sites in the UK, attracting 300,000 users.
