In 2016 Receptional started working with Human Touch, a recruitment consultancy, on an overhaul of their website.

Background:

Human Touch is a specialist sales and IT recruiter. The existing website needed a refresh as it wasn’t mobile-friendly. The business wanted to create a welcoming, accessible website that reflected its values.

Here’s how we helped:

  • We researched the market to understand better what the site’s visitors want.
  • We designed a new, up-to-date look and feel – a site that’s suitable for mobiles and tablets as well as desktops.
  • We developed a clean, simple WordPress site. The website is now search engine optimisation (SEO) friendly and easily updated.

  • The business wanted to attract people who are looking for work so we added a CV database which allows visitors to upload their CVs
  • We installed Google Analytics so we’re able to see more clearly how visitors behave on the site and enables us to continue improving its performance.
