When is a Google Alert not a Google Alert?

Google Alerts are great... mostly... but they do go wrong if your brand name is made up of generic words. One of the reasons we stuck with "Receptional" over the years is that it was at least relatively unique.

So I wonder what the relevance is to Receptional in this Google alert?

it's receptionAL Google. Grrr.

It's very frustrating. Can you fix that Google, please?
