Google have announced they are introducing free phone support for their USA and Canada-based AdWords customers.

Their new specialist call centre is open Monday-Friday 9am-8pm Eastern Time, and only available to current AdWords advertisers only (so make sure you have your customer ID at the ready).

Google plans to offer phone support to advertisers in other countries in the coming months.
