In early June, the Polish streets of Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk and Krakow will be photographed by Google’s Street View cars.
Google Street View is to publish these at the start of next year, to benefit tourists and those who intend to come to Poland for the Euro 2012 Football tournament next summer.
Condition that have been made include that the local residents must be adequately informed in advance, Google’s Street View cars must be clearly visible (as they always are) and that no information other than photographs and location of buildings is taken.
