Tesco is braced to roll out free WiFi in its UK stores.

With this access, shoppers can compare prices and read product reviews on their internet-enabled devices as Tesco aim to drive competitive prices.

Tesco is currently trailing this initiative in four UK stores, with the ultimate aim of rolling it out across all stores should it prove successful.

The free WiFi access will allow users to log on and access Tesco’s ClubCard account online.

Tesco has 2,700 stores across the country.
