Yahoo! will be shutting down several of its internet properties, including Delicious, AltaVista and Yahoo! Buzz.

Other services set to go under include AlltheWeb.com, Yahoo! Bookmarks, Yahoo! Picks and MyBlogLog.

Yahoo! acquired Delicious in December 2005. Less than two weeks after their original purchase, an internal slide was leaked showing they planned to shut down the service in the future.

This news comes shortly after Yahoo slashed roughly 600 employees (4% of its workforce).
