A new web marketing tool which uses online games to attract potential customers is being developed by Quantech, a UK-based software company.
By combining entertainment and an innovative system through which web browsers can win coupons for a particular product, the new application hopes to give advertisers an effective marketing opportunity.
In addition, behaviour-based information will be gathered as the site is used, giving companies what could prove to be an invaluable insight into its target consumer's online activities.
Quantech's tool is initially being designed for use in the food industry, but the company is convinced that their latest product will be suitable for use in a number of other business sectors.
"This application has enormous potential for advertisers in many industries and we expect to expand the application in future versions," comments Liat Matilsky, chief executive officer of Quantech.
The company has developed a series of technology packages designed to improve the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns.
