Tomorrow at 2pm Eastern Time in the United States, the White House will hold its first ‘Twitter Town Hall’ where President Barack Obama will answer questions from Twitter users regarding the American economy.

This will be live at askobama.twitter.com.

Questions addressed during the event will be selected both in advance, and in real-time.  Twitter are using the following guidelines to narrow down the most popular and relevant questions to ask:

• Curate, Visualise and Integrating conversations for the event
• Algorithms identifying the most engaging Tweets (via ReTweets, Favourites and Replies)
• Seasoned Twitter users with economy discussion experience
