Under the move, users will be able to display listings for second-hand goods and jobs on the classified website, reports Revolution magazine.
Although users will have to register on Yell.com, anybody will be able to search and view results.
Eddie Cheng, president of Yell.com, told the publication: "The internet is a marketplace for everyone, consumers and businesses alike, and we are always ready to try new approaches to ensure that Yell.com is a key destination for web users."
The move is set to increase Yell.com's searchable database of over two million businesses.
Meanwhile, general manager of Oodle, Duncan Dunlop, said: "There is no doubt that classifieds and business listings are converging online".
Oodle claims to be the largest classified website in Britain and currently collates advertisements by eBay and Reed.
