Bio: Charlie Holbech

Charlie Holbech is the Head of Partner Division at IndexTools and has been working in the Analytics Industry for the last 4 years. He studied Business & Marketing with Computer Sciences at Anglia University entering the tourism industry when he left. He briefly toyed with the idea of construction management but got offered another job in entirely new field…the internet! He started working at eBookers.com in ’98 and soon realized he had found his calling. Working in the marketing department he was responsible for managing relationships between clients such as Egg, AOL, Netscape, Compuserve and eBookers.

In late 2000, he decided to quit his position at eBookers to move to Budapest, Hungary to join his girlfriend. After spending 2 years as an Human Resource Manager for a large software outsourcing company (EPAM) he finally worked his way back into the online world after being introduced to IndexTools. He found the challenge in a startup company immensely rewarding and has been fortunate enough to enjoy account management, support and enterprise professional services positions within the company. The true reward for him in this line of work is the combination of the three areas of business he enjoys most; marketing, client management and the internet.

He is completely fanatical about cars and scuba-diving (though admittedly warm water only :)).
