'BBC in talks to offer content on YouTube'
Under the move, the broadcaster could offer content from its Worldwide brand on the user-generated site.
Meanwhile, the BBC is investigating ways in how it can generate profit from the deal, reports the Daily Telegraph.
Options could include taking a slice of advertising which is set to run alongside BBC programmes and pay-per-view content.
An announcement by the two firms is set to be made at the World Economic Forum tomorrow.
The BBC was reported to be looking to hire dozens of advertising executives as it aims to increase its online revenue, by selling advertising on its websites used by people outside Britain.
The search engine bought YouTube for $1.65 billion (£883 million) in October.
