Google Penalty Recovery
Has your site experienced a sudden drop in online traffic and sales? Have you, perhaps unknowingly, engaged in spammy link-building? If you’ve answered ‘yes’ to either of these questions, your website traffic – and your finances – may be in trouble. A sudden drop in traffic is often an indication of a link-based penalty.
Receptional was the first SEO agency to help a site escape from a Google penalty. What’s more our experienced consultants have a 100% record of restoring affected sites. If you’d like to know how we can help, please get in touch.
The more links to your website the better, right? Well, yes and no…
Google are constantly refining the quality of their search results to improve the user experience. Since April 24th 2012, Google has released a series of changes to their search algorithm, known as Google Penguin. These updates penalised sites that broke Google’s spam guidelines. Penalised sites are likely to have built links purely to get better rankings. Increasingly, Google is imposing manual penalties too.
If you have been left to pick up the pieces, we can help. Google won’t tell you why your site has been penalised. You’ll need to consult an expert who knows what to look out for: that’s us.
We are Google Analytics
“Receptional went above and beyond to restore our site after an attack on our web presence caused us to be penalised by google with a manual spam action. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Not only did they get the manual action lifted but all our past results remained keeping our no1 spot for many search terms. A BIG thank you to everyone at Receptional.”
