Last night, at the HAC in London, Receptional was named Marketing Services Supplier of the Year at the EGR B2B Awards 2026.

Now in its 17th year, the EGR B2B Awards are the benchmark for supplier recognition across the global iGaming industry. This category draws some of the most competitive shortlists in the honours. Winning it means something.

We were shortlisted last year too. We didn’t win. We used the year well.

What this reflects

This isn’t about the trophy. It’s about what the trophy reflects: a team that has gone all in on one thing.

That thing is iGaming. It’s all we do, every day.

Every person at Receptional works in this industry — across SEO, paid media, content, digital PR, and CRO, in 35+ regulated markets. There’s no generalist agency with an iGaming team bolted on. No context-switching from another vertical when a client brief lands. When the regulatory landscape shifts, when player behaviour moves, when a platform changes the rules — our team already knows what to do.

That focus compounds. It shows in the work, in the markets we’ve helped operators enter, and in the results we’ve driven together.

“This award is a proud moment for everyone at Receptional,” said Justin Deaville, Managing Director“iGaming is what we do, day in and day out. Our team lives this sector  every regulation update, every shift in player behaviour. This recognition is validation that our partners are getting a genuine edge from that depth of focus.”

The blood pressure reduction service

One client recently called us their blood pressure reduction service. We’re keeping that, because it captures something important about how we work.

Results matter. Driving growth for iGaming brands is why we exist. But the best partnerships are built on something more than performance data. They’re built on trust. On knowing that someone has your back when the rules change overnight, when a big weekend is coming and the pressure is on. When things get complicated and you need a partner who already understands the terrain.

That’s what we show up to do. Every day, for every partner.

What comes next

In 2026, that means going deep on AI visibility — tracking how players discover iGaming brands through AI-powered search, and helping operators adapt before the market catches up. It’s the kind of early-mover work that only makes sense when iGaming is all you do.

“We’ve been deep in AI visibility research for months and are sharing everything we learn with operators. This is one of the most significant shifts the sector has seen, and we’re building the data and methodology to help operators stay ahead of it,” Justin added.

This win belongs to the team first. The people who work in this industry not because it’s a job, but because they genuinely love it — the complexity, the pace, the constant movement. And it belongs to the clients and partners who’ve trusted us with their brands.

The work continues.
