The shortlist for the 2018 Drum Awards has been announced today and Receptional are thrilled to have been nominated for ten awards this year.
These nominations come just a few months after our big success at the UK Search Awards 2017 in November, which saw Receptional take home three awards.
The Drum awards we have been shortlisted for are:
Biddable Team of the Year and Organic Team of the Year
Receptional has been nominated for these two awards due to achieving outstanding results for all of our clients. We also took on the role of mentor and began sharing our knowledge of PPC and SEO through a series of seminars at both Google and Bing’s offices.
We’ve also upped our game in terms of our PPC offering with animated gifs and HTML ads and up-skilled staff with AdWords video certifications.
Best B2B Campaign & Best Financial Services Campaign – Liberis
Liberis, providers of SME alternative finance, set initial ROI targets of 250%. This was based on generating £150,000 of new business, however, through working with Receptional, Liberis funded £344,300 of new loans, which is an ROI of 720%.
Best Travel / Sports / Leisure and Best Retail E-commerce Campaign – Discount Supplements
Discount Supplements are an online retailer of Sports Supplements. Our campaigns for Discount Supplements generated 281 high-quality links and achieved a first-page ranking for every target keyword.
Best Charity / Not for Profit Campaign – Arthritis Action and Concern Worldwide
Arthritis Action is a UK charity dedicated to helping those whose lives are affected by arthritis by providing support, information, funding research and furthering understanding of arthritis management and care, tailoring a unique self-management approach to each of their members.
For Arthritis Action we successfully utilised all of the available grant budget to achieve a 106% increase in site visits.
Concern Worldwide does vital work helping the poorest, most vulnerable people around the world. The charity’s aims are to tackle hunger and transform lives.
Receptional has worked with Concern Worldwide to create a new approach to the charity’s online aid advertising activity accomplishing 108% ROI.
Best Consumer Products / Services Campaign – Bright Horizons and Bill Plant
Bright Horizons are a provider of high-quality child care. Receptional’s PPC team were responsible for a 3772% increase in enquiries at more than 300 locations across the UK. A mixture of new PPC techniques and channels were used, giving these fantastic results in just a short 18 months.
Bill Plant are the UK’s third-largest driving school. The work that Receptional did for Bill Plant resulted in 257% more conversions and a 161% increase in revenue. As a result of the work with Receptional, Bill Plant are now training more advanced driving instructors than qualified in the whole of the UK in 2016.
The black tie award ceremony is taking place in the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel on the 25th April and will welcome industry heavyweights all hoping to take home a coveted Drum Award.
